We collaborate with Designers and Contractors during design, requiring detailed cost reports and comparisons at specified design intervals. We analyze building efficiencies, systems and material selections, and meticulously inspect plans for conflicts, constructability and cost savings opportunities. We facilitate a competitive procurement process to prequalified trades to ensure the best value. No stone is left unturned. 

 

BULLISH ABOUT DOCUMENT CONTROL AND QUALITY 

Quality is a mindset that begins before a pencil hits the paper or a shovel enters the ground. We facilitate the review and coordination of plans and specifications, contract documents, shop drawings, sumittals and RFI’s. Mockups of key building elements, pre-installation meetings with Contractors and daily field inspections ensure accuracy and completeness.

 

ON-POINT CONSTRUCTION RISK MANAGERS

Our team works closely with Contractors during preconstruction to develop detailed logistical plans that are best suited to properly sequence and facilitate construction. Daily field inspections and short interval schedules help ensure upcoming workflow demands are seamlesly addressed.
