A Certified Florida General Contractor, Taras is a lifelong construction and development professional with over 38 years of industry experience performing in progressive field level, middle management, executive, officer and ownership roles for some of the nation’s Top 50 ranked General Contractors and Construction Managers operating in New York, Chicago and Miami.

Having worked on over $4.0 billion of diverse public and private sector projects, Taras utilizes his established extensive relationship with Design Consultants, Prime Contractors, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Government Agencies and utilities, Brokers, Land Use and Contract Attorneys, and other Service Providers to ensure his Client's projects are delivered as planned. His experience, which features several significant developments that blanket the South Florida skyline, and span every market segment, includes mid and hi-rise commercial mixed-use, multi-family residential, hotel, hospitality, office, tenant improvements, retail, restaurant, entertainment, education, healthcare, life science, healthcare, institutional, public works and light industrial developments. 

Taras attained his MBA from Dominican University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Administration Degree from Iowa State University. A former professional athlete for the Detroit Red Wings minor league affiliate, Adirondak Red Wings, Taras is known for being forward thinking, pragmatic and passionate about the endeavors he pursues. He is a longtime resident of Miami Beach and is active with various community and charitable organizations.
